Founded in 1944 by motorsports enthusiasts, the Sports Car Club of America has more than 54,000 members. These members are divided among 110 regions across the country, including the Southern California region, which is called the California Sports Car Club.
The California Sports Car Club, or Cal Club as it is referred to, was founded in 1950 by eight people including Motorsport luminaries Roger Barlow and Edward J.P. Cunningham. It wasn't until 1962, however, under the guidance of D.D. Michelmore and David B. Bracken, that Cal Club became an official region of the SCCA.
We have many ways to be involved from driving experiences (Road Rally, Solo, Club Racing) to volunteer workers and race officials.
Please fill out the form to the right so that we may provide you with additional information. We look forward to seeing you!
